1. Purchase your NAD+ Subcut Program.
2. Enter your details at checkout to begin the process.
3. Consultation: Our nurse will contact you for a phone consult. Please note: this process may take 1–2 weeks. You will not receive your pack during this time.
4. Assessment: If your application is not approved, you will receive a full refund.
5. Approval: If approved, you’ll be sent links to complete your script and waiver forms. If the completed script is not received within 30 days of purchase, 80% of the total amount will be refunded and your order will be cancelled.
6. Shipping: Once approved and forms are complete, your pack will be sent to your nominated address
7. Instructions: Upon arrival, you’ll find an information sheet with guidance for use and storage.
8. Support: If you have any questions, our team is always happy to help.
NAD+ is available by prescription only, following a consultation and health screening with one of our qualified healthcare professionals.
Our script is $50 and is valid for 12 months.
If a completed script is not received within 30 days of purchase, 80% of the total amount will be refunded and your order will be cancelled.
Orders are express posted only, with ice packs to maintain temperature stability.
Shipments are made Mondays and Tuesdays only, to avoid weekend transit delays.
Clients must refrigerate their pack immediately upon delivery.
Restore IV is not responsible for product degradation caused by postal delays, missed deliveries, or failure to follow storage instructions.

Due to the prescription-only and temperature-sensitive nature of NAD+ products, no refunds, returns, or exchanges can be accepted once an order has been shipped.
In the event of a product arriving damaged, please notify Restore IV within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can assist.
The NAD+ Subcut Program must be used only as prescribed and not shared, resold, or altered.
Store in a refrigerator immediately upon delivery. Do not freeze or expose to heat or direct sunlight.
Restore IV is not liable for misuse, incorrect storage, or administration outside approved medical direction.
