Terms of Services

We’re so glad you’re here. These Terms of Service are designed to help you understand how we operate and what to expect when booking a treatment with us. They apply to all mobile IV therapy services provided by Restore IV Therapy across the Gold Coast and surrounding areas.

By booking a session, you’re agreeing to these terms — they help us deliver safe, respectful, and reliable care to every client we see. If you have any questions, we’re always happy to chat.


1. Eligibility
  • You must be 18 years or older to receive services.
  • We do not provide services to minors under any circumstances.
  • You must be capable of giving informed consent.

We reserve the right to decline service if you appear intoxicated, unwell, or unable to give informed consent at the time of treatment.


2. Medical Clearance & Consent

All first-time clients must complete the following prior to treatment:

  • A signed health waiver.
  • A script consultation with a prescribing practitioner (fee: $50).

This script is valid for 12 months and grants access to our full range of eligible vitamin infusions, based on clinical suitability. Treatment cannot proceed without both completed documents.


3. Booking & Payment

Bookings may be made online, via phone, or by direct message.

  • Payment is due in full at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept payment via card, bank transfer and cash.
  • For first-time clients, a $50 script fee is required to secure your appointment.
  • Travel fees may apply and will be confirmed at time of booking.
  • A 10% surcharge applies to all bookings on Sundays and public holidays.

Authorisation to Charge
By booking an appointment with Restore IV Therapy, you authorise us to charge your nominated card or other stored payment method for any applicable fees.

In the event of a failed transaction due to:

  • Insufficient funds
  • Card errors
  • Connectivity issues

...we reserve the right to retry the payment over the following 3 business days. If payment remains outstanding, we may contact you directly and/or pursue recovery of the balance owed.


4. Potential Risks & Complications

While IV therapy is generally considered low-risk when administered by qualified healthcare professionals, complications can occur. By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge and accept the potential risks, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Occasionally: Discomfort, bruising, or pain at the injection site.
  • Rarely: Phlebitis or thrombophlebitis (vein inflammation), fluid overload (hypervolemia), extravasation (fluid leakage), flare reactions, air embolism, cellulitis, infection/sepsis, metabolic disturbances, and injury.
  • Extremely rarely: Severe allergic reaction, anaphylaxis, cardiac arrest, or death.

Our team follows strict protocols to minimise risk and will assess your suitability prior to treatment.


5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
  • You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment with no charge.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or failure to attend an appointment may incur a $100 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations with less than 1 hour notice or failure to attend an appointment may incur a $200 cancellation fee.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment may be cancelled and treated as a no-show.

6. Service Area & Travel Fees

We are based in Burleigh Waters and service the Gold Coast and surrounds. Travel fees apply to out-of-area appointments:

  • Within 45 minutes: $90
  • Within 60 minutes: $120
  • Within 75 minutes: $150
  • Within 90 minutes: $180

Travel fees are non-refundable once travel has commenced.

Please do not hesitate to call us, if there is a charge for your suburb if you are unsure.


7. Infusion Duration & Extended Session Fees

Our standard IV infusion sessions are scheduled for up to 60 minutes.

  • For infusions exceeding 90 minutes, an extended session fee of $50 per additional hour will apply.
  • This includes NAD+ infusions, which may require slower administration based on client tolerance or clinical discretion.

8. Client Health Disclosure

All clients are required to disclose any known medical conditions, medications, or allergies prior to treatment. Disclosure should be made:

  • During booking
  • On the waiver form
  • Directly to your treating nurse

Failure to disclose relevant information may result in the cancellation of your appointment upon arrival, with a 100% cancellation fee applied.


9. Client Responsibilities

By booking with us, you confirm that:

  • The location for your appointment is safe, clean, and accessible.
  • You will disclose any relevant medical conditions or medications.
  • You understand that IV therapy is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions, and should not replace advice or care provided by your primary healthcare provider.

10. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

Restore IV Therapy reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if:

  • You have not completed mandatory forms or paid applicable fees.
  • You are displaying signs of intoxication, aggression, or unsafe behaviour.
  • You provide false or misleading medical information.

No refund will be issued in these cases.


11. Limitation of Liability

While we take all reasonable precautions, by accepting treatment, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • IV therapy involves medical risk, including but not limited to allergic reactions, bruising, and infection.
  • You release Restore IV Therapy and its contractors from liability for outcomes resulting from omissions or inaccuracies in your disclosures.
  • In no event shall Restore IV Therapy be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or substitute services as necessary due to scheduling conflicts, nurse availability, or product supply issues. You will be notified promptly in these cases.


13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
