Everything you need to know.

How does this IV Drip Service work?

We begin with a short consultation to assess your suitability and determine which infusion is right for you. The entire process takes just 30–60 minutes, giving you time to relax while we take care of the rest. You’ll be able to get back to your day with no downtime.

Where are you located?

Restore IV is a fully mobile service based on the Gold Coast, Australia. We bring personalised IV therapy directly to your home, office, or any location that suits you. Offering convenience and care without the need for clinic visits.

Do you travel outside the Gold Coast?

Yes, we do. If you're located outside our regular service area, additional travel fees may apply. For details on travel fees and areas we cover, visit our Service Area page. Please do not hesitate to call us, if you are unsure.

Do I need a script?

Yes, we adhere to all relevant policies and safety guidelines to ensure the highest standards of care for our clients. A doctor's script is required for all treatments. The script fee is $50 and is valid for 12 months, giving you access to our full range of eligible treatments, based on clinical suitability.

Do you do NAD+?

Absolutely. We offer NAD+ infusions, which can take up 90 minutes depending on the dose and the individuals tolerance. For infusions exceeding 90 minutes, an extended session fee of $50 per additional hour may apply. Please keep this in mind when booking, and feel free to contact our team with any questions.

Are there any side effects?

Your health and safety will always be our priority. IV therapy is generally low-risk, but like any medical treatment, it can carry some side effects. These are rare, and may include minor bruising or mild discomfort at the infusion site. All treatments are administered by experienced healthcare professionals following guidelines set by the TGA, AHPRA, and our prescribing doctors. Before every session, our nursing team will review your health history to ensure the treatment is safe and appropriate for you.

Do you provide iron infusions?

No, we don’t. With a higher risk of allergic/anaphylactic reactions, we believe iron infusions should be done in a clinical or hospital setting for your safety.

If an iron infusion has been recommended to you, we recommend consulting with your GP or primary healthcare provider to discuss further.

Can I get an IV drip while pregnant or breastfeeding?

At this stage, there are limited studies to prove IV therapy is safe during pregnancy. If your specialist believes IV therapy may be appropriate for you, we can provide a referral letter for them to complete. Please note, we’re unable to confirm your booking until we receive this medical clearance.

If you are breastfeeding, we strongly recommend speaking with your GP or OBGYN to determine whether IV therapy is suitable for you. You and your baby’s health and wellbeing is our top priority, and we’ll always be guided by your doctor’s advice.

NAD+.

What is NAD+?

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a vital coenzyme found in every cell of the body. It supports enzymes, which are responsible for essential processes like energy production, DNA repair, and overall cell function. Without enough NAD+, the body can struggle to perform at its best. It also plays an important role in metabolism, immune support, and maintaining healthy cellular activity.

What is NMN and how it is different from NAD+?

NMN (nicotinamide mononucleotide) is a precursor to NAD+. It helps the body produce NAD+, playing a role in supporting healthy muscle and organ function.

What to expect during you NAD+ IV session?

After a personalised consultation, your NAD+ treatment can be administered wherever you feel most comfortable. Sessions typically take around 90 minutes, with time to relax during a slow, nurse-monitored drip. Some mild sensations during the drip are normal. Most people resume normal activities afterward.

Duration of a NAD+ session?

Sessions typically take around 90 minutes, but may extend up to 3 hours depending on the dose, your tolerance, and how you're feeling on the day. An extended session fee of $50 per additional hour may apply. Please keep this in mind when booking, and feel free to contact our team with any questions.
