Wellness Shots

Our intramuscular (IM) and subcutaneous (subcut) shots offer a quick, efficient way to complement your wellness routine. Administered by a registered nurse, these vitamin injections take just a few minutes and are typically well tolerated. Delivered directly into the muscle, these vitamin injections are ideal for those looking for a fast, no-fuss option.

At this stage, our wellness shots are available as an add-on to any IV drip booking, due to our $200 mobile minimum spend. We’re currently working on opening a dedicated space and look forward to offering IM shots as a standalone treatment soon.

Everything you need to know about our Wellness Shots.

What are IM and subcutaneous shots?

IM (intramuscular) shots are delivered into the muscle, while subcutaneous (subcut) shots are injected just beneath the skin. Both offer a quick and effective way to receive vitamins or amino acids with minimal downtime.

What’s the difference between IM and subcutaneous shots?

IM shots go deeper into the muscle and are typically used for nutrients that need faster or higher absorption. Subcut shots are delivered into the subcutaneous layer just under the skin. Your nurse will choose the best method based on the treatment and your needs.

Are the injections painful?

Both types of shots are usually well-tolerated. You might feel a quick pinch or pressure, but the process is very brief. Usually over in seconds.

How long do the injections take?

Most take under 5 minutes from start to finish.

How do I know which shot is right for me?

Our team can guide you through the options and help choose a shot based on your goals and suitability. Each treatment starts with a personalised consultation.

Can I book a shot on its own?

At this stage, our wellness shots are only available as an add-on to any IV drip booking, due to our $200 mobile service minimum spend. We’re working toward offering standalone shot appointments in the near future.
