Wellness Shots
Our intramuscular (IM) and subcutaneous (subcut) shots offer a quick, efficient way to complement your wellness routine. Administered by a registered nurse, these vitamin injections take just a few minutes and are typically well tolerated. Delivered directly into the muscle, these vitamin injections are ideal for those looking for a fast, no-fuss option.
At this stage, our wellness shots are available as an add-on to any IV drip booking, due to our $200 mobile minimum spend. We’re currently working on opening a dedicated space and look forward to offering IM shots as a standalone treatment soon.

Biotin
Biotin, known as the beauty vitamin, helps support healthy hair, skin, and nails, while also assisting in the metabolism of fats, proteins, and carbohydrates.

Vitamin D
Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin naturally found in only a few foods, and is also produced by the body when sunlight hits the skin and triggers its synthesis. It supports calcium absorption, bone growth and remodelling, and plays an important role in maintaining a healthy immune system.

B12
Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) supports red blood cell formation, nerve function, and energy production, and is especially important for those with dietary deficiencies or absorption issues.

CoQ10
Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is a naturally occurring antioxidant found in every cell of the body. It plays a role in cellular energy production and is involved in general cell function and maintenance.

Everything you need to know about our Wellness Shots.
IM (intramuscular) shots are delivered into the muscle, while subcutaneous (subcut) shots are injected just beneath the skin. Both offer a quick and effective way to receive vitamins or amino acids with minimal downtime.
IM shots go deeper into the muscle and are typically used for nutrients that need faster or higher absorption. Subcut shots are delivered into the subcutaneous layer just under the skin. Your nurse will choose the best method based on the treatment and your needs.
Both types of shots are usually well-tolerated. You might feel a quick pinch or pressure, but the process is very brief. Usually over in seconds.
Most take under 5 minutes from start to finish.
Our team can guide you through the options and help choose a shot based on your goals and suitability. Each treatment starts with a personalised consultation.
At this stage, our wellness shots are only available as an add-on to any IV drip booking, due to our $200 mobile service minimum spend. We’re working toward offering standalone shot appointments in the near future.
